England & Wales

We divide our hotels into three basic categories, Country Homes, First-Class Hotels, and Deluxe Hotels. Below is a brief description of each type of accommodation.

Country Homes - Our most requested style of accommodation. Country homes and manors are small hotels offering fine accommodations and good values. A great way to meet the locals!

First-Class Hotels - Generally three and four-star hotels that offer more spacious accommodations and more facilities than the country homes. Most of our first-class hotels also command great locations close to or overlooking some of the world's best golf courses!

Deluxe Hotels - Elegant hotels for the discerning traveler. If you are looking for the very best the area has to offer, these hotels are for you.


Belfry, The

This internationally renowned golf facility includes 36 holes of golf, 200 guestrooms, a popular restaurant, and other leisure facilities. The Belfry is home of the British PGA and hosted the Ryder Cup in 2001. Located in Wishaw, close to Manchester.


Bodysgallen Hall, Llandudno

Luxury. Character. These words come to mind as you drive up to Bodysgallen Hall. This delightful country house hotel is set in 200 acres of wooded parkland on a hill overlooking the seaside town of Llandudno. From here you have beautiful views of Conwy Castle and the Snowdonia mountains in the distance. Although most of the house dates from the 17th century, many believe that the property has 13th century origins. History is a big theme throughout the house with comfortable lounge areas, log fires, a cocktail bar, and elegant dining rooms. Make sure to spend time in the hotel's magnificent gardens!


Celtic Manor, Newport

A world class resort awaits you at "the gateway to Wales" here at Celtic Manor. Set amongst 1400 acres of parkland in the valley of the River Usk, The Celtic Manor Resort consists of a 5 star hotel, 3 championship golf courses, 4 restaurants and 2 health clubs. An abundance of activities are also on offer here at the official venue for the 2010 Ryder Cup.


Chester Grosvenor Hotel, Chester

Situated within the Roman walls of the historic city of Chester, close to the border of Wales, The Chester Grosvenor is owned by The Duke of Westminster*s Grosvenor Estate. All 80 suites and bedrooms are air-conditioned and individually designed with all the amenities you would expect from a deluxe hotel. A five-treatment room spa has recently been opened combining traditional and modern therapies that promise the indulgence of sublime relaxation for both mind and body. There are two award-winning restaurants: the Arkle, holding one Michelin Star, with its extensive cellar where over 600 of the world*s finest wines are laid down, and the more informal La Brasserie for lighter dining. Clifton Arms Hotel, Lytham

This four-star property offers 44 delightfully decorated bedrooms, many of which offer views of the Ribble estuary. The hotel has recently refurbished many public of the public areas including the restaurant and lounge. Located in Lytham St. Annes, this is the perfect location for playing all the courses near Liverpool and Southport.


Coed-Y-Mwstwr, Bridgend

Travel to the town of Bridgend and the Coed-y-Mwstwr. This 23-room hotel is set on seventeen acres of grounds in the Vale of Glamorgan and it retains many of its original features including an impressive domed ceiling in what is now the restaurant. Other amenities include an outdoor heated swimming pool, snooker, croquet, and a tennis court.


Conrah Country House Hotel, Aberystwyth

Nestled quietly in the coastal hills of mid Wales, The Conrah Country House Hotel has a relaxed country atmosphere and is surrounded by 20 acres of landscaped grounds. The hotel's gardens are occupied with a croquet lawn, kitchen garden and summer house. Each of the 17 individually designed rooms have their own character with antiques providing much of the furnishings.


Crabwall Manor, Chester

Set in 11 acres of its own grounds, Chester Crabwall Manor is a Manor House. It provides the ideal retreat to explore the old Roman garrison town, now the city of Chester. A red brick castellated frontage, complete with turrets, gives a magical, medieval feel, whilst the 48 individually designed en suite bedrooms, which are beautifully appointed, with amenities expected of a luxury hotel. The award winning 'Conservatory Restaurant' accompanies all of this, offering a high standard of interesting and varied cuisine. To help you unwind, the contemporary 'Reflections' leisure facilities are very well equipped and the Spa has many treatments to offer.


Devere Carden Park Hotel, Chester

De Vere Carden Park has been a significant Cheshire Estate since the 17th Century. Originally owned by the Leche Family, the first hall was built in 1643, only to be ransacked a year later by Cromwellian troops! Following a major transformation that commenced in 1989, the 750 acre Estate is now the complete Hotel, Golf Resort and Spa. As you meander along the drive you will be captivated by the wonderful views of the surrounding Cheshire countryside and the Welsh Hills. Falstaff Hotel, Canterbury

Situated in the heart of the historic town of Canterbury, the Falstaff Hotel is steeped in tradition with its origin in the 15th century. Many of the original features are still in great evidence here, especially in the cosy lounge and bar.


Macdonald Bath Spa & Resort, Bath

The Macdonald Bath hotel is unquestionably one of the finest 5 star hotels in Bath. Recently credited with being one of the Leading Hotels of the World, the Bath Spa Hotel offer first class accommodation, stylish meeting & function rooms, private landscaped gardens and a recently upgraded luxury spa. Marriott St. Pierre, Chepstow

This graceful 14th century manor house is set in the rolling hills of south Wales with in its' own grounds. The hotel blends modern with the new and has a selection of sporting activities on offer. Guests can also relax in the gardens overlooking the ornamental lake.


Pennyhill Park, Bagshot

Experience the unique atmosphere of a delightful Victorian country house hotel here at Pennyhill Park. Still characterised by the period, this hotel combines its traditions with modern comforts and facilities. Pennyhill Park offers a stylish bar and a choice of eating options, one of which serves food with a strong French influence.


Reads, Faversham

An elegant Georgian Manor House, Reads is surrounded by tranquil grounds in the Kentish countryside. Although more widely known for its exceptional dining, Read's has six guest rooms each of which have been individually designed and furnished in period style. You will be warmly welcomed here where you will get a flavour of English country living.


Stoke Park Club, Stoge Pages

Created in 1908 as the leading country club in Britain, Stoke Park Club is simply unique. Set within 350 acres of historic parkland, this luxurious leisure destination is famous for featuring in the James Bond film Goldfinger. All of the 21 exquisite bedrooms are individually decorated and boast the finest in interior design along with marble bathrooms and splendid views.


The Royal Berkshire, Ascot

Built in 1705 and conveniently located for Sunningdale, Wentworth and The Berkshire Golf Courses, The Royal Berkshire Hotel was once home to the Churchill family. Having benefited from a recent refurbishment, you will find exceptional facilities, splendid bedrooms along with excellent food in the Stateroom Restaurant. Ascot Racecourse and Windsor Castle are also located nearby this mansion house.


The Washington Mayfair, London

The Washington Mayfair Hotel is a four-star property situated in the heart of fashionable Mayfair between Piccadilly and Berkeley Square. This terrific hotel offers 173 bedrooms (all with air conditioning), Maddison's Restaurant, and 24-hour room service.
