Depart the States for South Africa.

Saturday, January 17

Arrive South Africa (Cape Town International Airport), where you’ll be met by a Golfpac International representative.

From the airport you will be transferred (25 minutes transfer) by your private driver to the first class Radisson Hotel Waterfront next to the V&A Waterfront where everything is happening.

The remainder of your afternoon will be at your leisure.

This evening you will be joined by your tour guide for a welcome/orientation session during which the tour itinerary will be discussed in detail.

Accommodation: Radisson Hotel Waterfront, Cape Town (Standard Room)
The Radisson Hotel Waterfront is spectacularly situated on the Atlantic Ocean, overlooking its own private marina and Robben Island. This 5 star international hotel combines high levels of luxury with the warmth of true South African hospitality.

Sunday, January 18

Today we play the Arabella Golf Course near Hermanus (one-hour travel time). We will travel through the Overberg Mountain range, over Sir Lowry's pass and through the fruit producing region of Grabouw, before arriving at Arabella to play one of the top 10 courses in South Africa.

Voted the number two golf course in South Africa by Compleat Golfer and the top golf course in the Western Cape, Arabella stretches through rolling fairways, deceptive bunkers and challenging water traps. A truly unique golf course set on the banks of the Bot River lagoon and fringed by indigenous fynbos. There is no doubt that a round of golf here ranks with the best experiences anywhere in the world.

Our return journey to Cape Town takes us along the False Bay coastal road for a totally different view. Evening at leisure.

Accommodation: Radisson Hotel Waterfront, Cape Town (Standard Room)

Monday, January 19

We will ascend Table Mountain (weather permitting) and visit Cape Point, Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve, the Boulder penguin colony and drive over Chapman’s Peak before returning to our hotel. Your evening will be at leisure.

Cape Town, South Africa's most popular travel destination has rightfully earned its reputation as one of the world's most beautiful cities alongside that of Sydney and San Francisco. Dominated by the world famous landmark, Table Mountain, and blessed with a spectacular coastline and a Mediterranean type climate, the mother city of South Africa has a variety of attractions to excite every visitor.

Tuesday, January 20

After breakfast we leave for the Cape Winelands (45 minutes transfer) where we will play the Jack Nicklaus designed Pearl Valley Golf Course. Pearl Valley golf course is situated in the famed Franschhoek valley and is the second Jack Nicklaus course in South Africa. The golf course lies within a ring of mountains formed by the Drakenstein and Simonsberg. Pearl Valley has become one of the major jewels in the Western Cape’s already gem encrusted golf course crown.

After golf we visit Franchhoek - the culinary capital of the Cape - for lunch. We visit a working wine farm to taste some of the best wines the Cape has to offer.

This evening you can explore the V&A Waterfront and dine at one of the many top restaurants on offer.

The Cascades Hotel is reminiscent of a tropical paradise overlooking cascading waterfalls and a tropical forest.

Thursday, January 22

After an early breakfast you will receive a coaching lesson by one of the Women’s World Cup teaching professionals before teeing off at the fabulous Lost City Golf Course.

The dessert style design of the golf course has an exotic allure all of its own and designer Gary Player has acknowledged it as one of his favourite courses. The water hazard at the 13th hole is inhabited by 2 meter long crocodiles and you are discouraged to retrieve your lost ball!

IMPORTANT NOTE: A lucky draw will determine who will play in the Women’s World Cup Pro-Am today on the Gary Player Course.

After golf you can cool down at the pool, try your luck at the casino or challenge the valley of the waves.
