Also referred to as the New Course, the Cashen Course at Ballybunion offers tremendous links-style golf on one of Ireland’s most controversial courses. Designed in the early 1970’s by Robert Trent Jones, the course is laid out over very rugged links terrain. There are some extremely challenging shots here and some consider the course to be more testing than the Old Course itself.
